Second batch on the go
Below is the first batch of bitter - bottled and conditioning. The second batch is more of an IPA.
First bottling
It has been a week since the fermentation started and it was pretty much finished 2 days ago. Fiona and I set about bottling today, it was much easier than I anticipated - it took about 45 min to do 40 bottles.

Snow on the Ben
A beautiful start to 2010, my first day back at work today and I have been working at home - with the snow being unpredictable, etc. I took this on my lunch break - and it looks like I dodged a bullet with the trains, with all trains back to Balloch cancelled at 5-ish. I don't care how long the trains take when I live 10 min from a view like this!
